Job Description
Position:
STEAM Instructor for the STEAM Powered Learning Program.
Work with students in grades 4–7 while they engage in each STEAM pathway.
Location:
Lordstown High School
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver daily STEAM lessons that emphasize hands‑on learning, inquiry, and the engineering design process, developmentally appropriate for students in grades 4–7.
Lead instructional modules within designated pathways, which may include Podcasting & Digital Media, Coding & Robotics, Entrepreneurship, and Career Discovery.
Provide instruction and facilitation of software and/or design programs.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in the content area.
Experience establishing/developing a trusting rapport with students.
Ability to work as a team with students and other instructors.
Successful BCI & FBI background checks.
Terms:
As needed, ability to work program dates:
September 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30
October 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28
November 10, 11, 17, 18
December 1, 2
