Summary
Konexus is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive commercial revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a foundational part in building pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and managing enterprise-level commercial accounts. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys creating structure, identifying new markets, and owning opportunities end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Generate net-new commercial leads throughout bound prospecting, research, referrals, and networking.
Build and manage a strategic partnerships funnel focused on刷 commercial markets.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new industries and growth opportunities.
Own opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.
Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise commercial accounts.
Collaborate directly with the CEO on revenuestrategy and prioritization.
Work alongside Account Management team.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking andforecasting using CRM tools.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
Proven ability to build pipeline and close B2Bopportunities.
Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
Comfortable operating in a growing, unstructured environment.
Experience with reseller, channel, or strategic partnerships is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Guangdong.
