The Esports Head Coach is responsible for overseeing the competitive and developmental aspects of the collegiate Esports program. This role involves strategic coaching and recruiting of the varsity teams, managing club teams and their student managers, cultivating alumni relations, and serving as the primary Strength & Conditioning coach for players.
