Starting pay range between $18 - $22/hr based on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities
Answering and placing calls
Scheduling appointments
Working with clients and handling every phase of their jobs
Greet clients that visit our showroom and factory and occasionally give them a tour
Working with other team members who are in the field
Responsible for problem resolution for clients
Maintaining customer database and input of information into computer and other general office tasks
Support for manufacturing manager
Support for sales manager
Support for installation manager
Specific Skills
Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Computer experience including MS Word and Excel and Google Sheets, Docs and Drive
Math skills at the high school level, minimum of Algebra
Strong and precise follow-through
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work
Strong work ethic and desire to perform as part of a team are an absolute necessity
Excellent phone skills and must be able to convey to our clients an honest care for them and their projects
