Automotive Detail Technician – Full-Time | McGrath Ford

About the Position
Detail Technicians play a key role in delivering clean, polished, and professionally finished vehicles to our customers and internal departments. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a willingness to be part of a fast-paced team.
What You’ll Do
Clean and detail vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
Perform full interior cleanings: vacuuming, scrubbing, stain removal, and window cleaning
Ensure wheels, tires, and engine compartments are cleaned to quality standards
Use approved cleaning products and tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report any equipment or safety concerns
Work collaboratively with the detail team and other departments
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
Ability to follow direction and work efficiently in a structured process
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 18+)
