Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide warm, professional customer service
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Register guests, assign rooms, and explain hotel amenities and services
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow hotel policies
Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Assist with the hotel market, including stocking, sales, and inventory as needed
Ensure accurate billing and guest account reconciliation
Qualifications
Prior
hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service experience
preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (property management systems a plus)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
