Nestled in the heart of Columbus' historic German Village, Sycamore is an all-day café and restaurant. For this position, we are seeking a friendly, guest-focused candidate that can thrive in a positive work environment and deliver on high standards with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
Building a positive relationship with guests and surrounding communities
Adhere to recipes, work quickly and efficiently
Attain exceptional knowledge on both food and beverage menus
Ability to maintain and handle all equipment
Establish rapport with new and regular customers
Preparing coffee drinks to meet customer's expectations, as well as meeting quality standards
Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
Qualifications
Basic computer literacy
Basic math skills
18+ to apply
Barista experience preferred
Available to work mornings/weekends/select holidays
