Responsibilities
Line cooks handle all kitchen tasks from opening to closing. Duties include preparing hot and cold food products such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté & grill items. Each cook is responsible for organizing and cleaning their work area. The role requires physical stamina, mental agility, multitasking in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
