Required Experience
3+ years of end-user support experience
Strong computer configuration and repair background
3+ years with IT ticketing/incident management systems
Experience with systems management tools (SMS or equivalent)
Strong Active Directory experience
Microsoft 365 (O365) experience beyond basic administration
Apple Mac hardware/software support experience
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong communication, documentation, and training skills
Ability to lift IT equipment (PCs, servers, etc.)
Preferred Skills
JAMF (3+ years)
Microsoft Entra & Intune (3+ years)
Apple Business Manager (3+ years)
Endpoint lifecycle management
