We are hiring a Warehouse Associate (Transport Operator) based in Brattleboro, USA. The role involves supplying all departments with ingredients and packaging materials, moving finished goods to the distribution center, and operating a stand‑up forklift.

Sunday – Thursday, 10 pm – 6:30 am
Hourly Rate:
$21.00
Shift Differential:
15 %
Key Responsibilities
Prior experience operating a stand‑up forklift, pallet jack, and truck in a fast‑paced environment.
Pull orders for packaging, raw material, and ingredients as per production schedule and place them in the relevant demarcated areas.
Pull orders for finished goods according to load‑out sheets and load trailers in sequential order.
Review available products by code date, both visibly and on inventory sheet to assure proper rotation of product.
Ensure all products for production are assembled in staging area with correct code dates and rotation.
Physically check all products in staging areas for proper codes, labels, short fills, missing cartons, leakers, and make necessary adjustments to loads as required.
Transport and put away pallets.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Work in a cold storage warehouse.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Current/valid driver’s license.
6 months to 1 year of experience driving a box truck preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience driving a stand‑up forklift.
Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
Specialized Knowledge
Experience with RAF and SAP preferred.
Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills.
