Position Overview
Warehouse Forklift Operator based in Casa Grande, Arizona. Responsible for supplying all departments with ingredients and packaging material and moving finished goods to the distribution center using a stand‑up forklift. Operates on a 12‑hour shift (06:00 PM–06:30 AM) on a 2–2–3 rotation. Compensation is up to $22 per hour, with shift differentials of 10% for the second shift and 15% for the third shift.
Responsibilities
Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and time‑management skills.
Required to stand the entire shift; occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty‑five pounds and occasionally more.
Able to manage a high‑stress environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience driving a stand‑up forklift.
Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with RAF and SAP preferred.
Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills.
