Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, required.

2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role in a professional services environment, required.

Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle initiatives.

Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.

Proven ability to manage a shared HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience supporting HR programs such as engagement surveys, ERGs, training initiatives, and internal communications.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and support reporting and decision‑making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred.

Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented approach in a team‑driven environment.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 base. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
