DayTime Mon 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM Fri 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
What Youll Do:
Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, verifying credentials, controlling access points, and supporting security-related protocols for staff, visitors, and vendors.
Monitor entry and exit activity, check identification and authorization, maintain visitor logs and/or access records, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate communication and emergency response procedures as directed by site policy.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity, observe conditions, and document security-related concerns.
Support operations at a government location by enforcing post orders, providing direction to visitors, and assisting with security-related screening procedures and restricted area access control.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must meet COLA: DPSS/DHS requirements for tuberculosis testing and MMR vaccinations.
Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
