Auto Body Refinish Prepper
We are seeking a qualified Auto Body Refinish Prepper to join our winning team. This role focuses on preparing vehicles for refinishing to restore them to pre‑accident condition.

Roles and Responsibilities

Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.

Apply all primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.

Perform anti‑corrosion treatments, substrate identification, product mixing, and application.

Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job will result.

Follow insurance guidelines and facility standards throughout the repair process.

Qualifications
We are looking for energetic individuals with the ability to perform the above duties with precision and attention to detail. Basic mechanical aptitude, knowledge of paint processes, and a commitment to safety are expected.

Compensation
$15 - $20 per hour flat rate. Compensation is performance‑based and commensurate with skill, education, and experience. Supplemental pay and bonus opportunities may be earned.
