Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in fire alarm systems to oversee installation, integration, and compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, and hands‑on experience managing fire alarm system deployments.
Responsibilities:
Manage fire alarm system projects from design through installation and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 72, local codes, and client specifications.
Coordinate with electrical contractors, technicians, and vendors for fire alarm equipment.
Oversee testing, inspection, and certification of fire alarm systems.
Prepare detailed status reports and maintain effective communication plans.
Facilitate change requests and manage impacts on schedule and budget.
Ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction during project transition.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing fire alarm system projects.
Knowledge of NFPA 72 and other fire protection standards.
Familiarity with major fire alarm brands (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier).
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and system schematics.
