Traveling Large Loss Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Project Manager that will be responsible to manage all aspects of a project and informing the client, the adjuster, and all concerned parties of the daily activities along with the general status of the project. This person will lead complex, high-value restoration and construction projects resulting from fire, water, storm, and catastrophic losses. This position is responsible for end-to-end project execution from emergency response through the final walk thru, while delivering exceptional service to clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale commercial and residential projects (typically $100K+)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, consultants, and sub-contractors
Develop scope of work and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)
Oversee estimating, change orders, and job cost controls
Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and supply procurement
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Maintain project schedule (Scope) developed with owner and insurance company
Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project
Travel out-of-town to job sites when needed, including CAT deployments
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in restoration
Proven experience managing large loss/ complex projects
Experience in estimating commercial projects exceeding $1,000,000.00
Strong knowledge of Xactimate and T & M estimating best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Must be able to identify and remediate safety issues
Must be able to travel over 200 days a year and for extended periods of time
Required
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
Commercial Restoration Experience
Prior Cat Experience
Valid Driver’s License/ CDL Preferred
