Program Manager, ATS Air, IN Air Planning and Programs
As a Program Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfilment Centers, Sort Centers, Network Design, Speed, S&OP and Last Mile operations team. You would also collaborate with external stakeholders such as carriers (airlines). We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive process improvements and keep pace with our explosive growth. The individual should have a can‑do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance.
Your role will involve managing operational metrics, leading continuous improvement processes and cost initiatives, managing carrier communications in the area of ownership and plan for any changes in network.
Key job responsibilities
Manage daily/weekly air haul schedule and associated systems
Support IN Air network planning, carrier allocations, network expansion and peak scale up of capacities
Management and liaising with carriers
Tracking existing metrics to detect and remove any defects
Continuous improvement management as well as development of SOPs
Support initiatives on network speed and reliability for Air network
Basic Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in operations/program/strategy/project management
Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
BE/B.Tech Engineering/MBA from a reputed university, Operations or related field
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, Excel, task prioritisation, follow‑up, and customer service skills
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment
Ability to manage critical workload with a positive, flexible professional attitude
5+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
