Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time), Customer Experience Operations
Pay starts at $18.05 per hour with benefits available.

Reduced Time Hours: average work between 30–39 hrs per week.

This role requires open availability Tuesday–Saturday 3:30 p‑10:15 p.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers by effectively using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.

Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.

Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as the escalation point to assist associates in solving customer issues, where appropriate.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by developing best practices.

Help identify and communicate barriers and trends that contribute to the customer and associate experience, supporting the manager in building a strong site culture.

Work with a manager to maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site.

Work in a fast‑changing and ambiguous environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Lifting up to 49 pounds; stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb stairs for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Basic Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma.

18 years of age or older.

1+ years of retail or customer‑facing experience, floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in training others.
