A Project Manager is responsible for the overall success or failure of a project. As a project manager you will:
Flesh out an idea and sell it through the organization.
Pull together a team, organize and lay out the project steps.
Lead the team throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage the project budget.
Make critical decisions that impact the project outcome.
Engage and update stakeholders.
Deliver a complete project that meets objectives.
Ensure a smooth transition as the project is handed over and rolled out.
Share knowledge gained from successes and mistakes.
Qualifications
Experience in project management with a track record of delivering projects from initiation to closing.
Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training.
