The **Manager, Data & Insights** provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for institutional data, analytics, and reporting that support decision making across NAIT’s education portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Education Insights, Data and Research (EIDR), this role is accountable for ensuring that analytics initiatives are aligned with institutional priorities, delivered using best practices, and sustained over time. This is a managerial role responsible for guiding people, setting standards, making prioritization decisions, and representing the department in institutional governance forums. While strong technical and analytical skills are required, the role combines leadership
