The Administrative Manager plays a central role in overseeing and coordinating the company’s core administrative and business operations. This position works closely with senior leadership to support human resources, accounting and finance coordination, technology systems, customer support, and administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple functions in a small, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
Oversee office operations, recordkeeping, contracts, and administrative workflows
Develop and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and consistency
Provide administrative support to leadership on special projects and initiatives
Support company-wide communication and coordination
Human Resources
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain personnel records, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Coordinate training, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives
Accounting & Finance Support
Oversee administrative aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and coordination with external accountants
Ensure accuracy and compliance across accounting and finance processes
Technology & Operations
Serve as an internal resource for business systems, software, and operating tools
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
Train employees on new systems and process updates
Ensure secure handling of company data
Customer Support & Development
Support customer relationship management, inquiries, proposals, and follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data
Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in administrative management, HR, or business operations
Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and basic accounting principles
Experience working with business systems, software, and CRM tools
