Assembly Line Lead
The position is responsible for planning and allocating production floor space to establish efficient and safe production lines. This role ensures accurate operation of the warehouse management system, adherence to all safety standards, and consistent execution of best practices while achieving overall operational objectives.
1.
Efficiently utilize Excel-based reports to monitor daily picking activity and ensure accuracy.
2.
Accurately maintain picked quantities of raw materials at levels that exceed consumption demand.
3.
Ensure procedural practices are consistently followed and adherence to established line‑set policies.
4.
Plan and optimize available production space for line setup without compromising safety.
5.
Assess system-generated documents to determine the most efficient placement order for items on the production line.
6.
Collaborate effectively with production teams to plan and prioritize assignments based on operational needs.
7.
Enforce and follow established safety practices when working with or around forklift operators and during all material-handling activities.
8.
Train additional personnel to support workload demands and maintain operational coverage.
9.
Promptly report system, process, or technical issues to management.
10.
Perform post–line‑set analyses to identify improvements that can be applied to future setups.
11.
Identify and recommend labor-saving opportunities to supervision and management.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception and peripheral vision.
