Job Details
Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a Billback Coordinator to assist in generating all non‑profit, purchase allowance, commodity, and marketing invoices. This position will ensure accurate, efficient payment processing, balancing and reconciliation. The Billback Coordinator will find and maximize monies received from vendors, collect all monies due from vendors and will work closely with the Trackmax staff.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
Special consideration for experience in accounting/finance and/or the foodservice industry.
Computer experience is a must.
Must be able to utilize e‑mail, the Internet, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent financial analysis, problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills required.
