Maintenance TechnicianJJ's FayettevilleSeeking a qualified maintenance/handyman worker for preventive maintenance, occasional on call projects, and weekly planned projects that may arise. for 5 Northwest Arkansas restaurant units and 1 in Fort Smith.Ongoing preventive maintenance includes monthly changing of hvac filters, monthly cleaning of coils and filters on restaurant refrigeration equipment, and periodically cleaning hvac coils and fins.Occasional on call projects to include clearing drains that may have issues during restaurant business hours and troubleshooting problematic equipment during business hours.Planned projects to include replacing bulbs, light electrical work, repairing chairs/tables/patios, removing debris/equipment, patching concrete, assembly of shelving/equipment, and power washing floors/patios.Must be able to climb ladders to access equipment and areas of ceilings and roofs.JJ’s Grill is an Arkansas based sports bar and grill with 10 locations across the state.We were voted as the 3rd Best Bar in America by BarstoolSports and have taken home Best Buffalo Wing 4 of the last 7 years at WingFest.We strive to create a guest-first experience.
