The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass:

Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs on high-capacity industrial automation, complex robotics, and integrated manufacturing systems

Act as the technical subject matter expert for Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, performing advanced troubleshooting and system optimizations

Read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and sophisticated electrical schematics to resolve high-level system failures

Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs on AC/DC systems, advanced pneumatics, and hydraulic circuitry

Utilize precision welding and fabrication skills to modify equipment or repair critical machine components

Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and provide technical mentorship to junior technicians when necessary

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

8+ years of industrial machinery maintenance experience, specifically in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Proven mastery in troubleshooting automated machinery and robotics (hands-on PLC experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens is required)

Advanced proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and complex electrical schematics

Strong hands-on background in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems (AC/DC)

Demonstrated welding and fabrication experience as it relates to machinery repair

A stable and consistent work history (no "job-hopping")

A US citizen or possess a green card

A residence within 45 minutes
