Job Title: Production Associate
Location: PastryStar – Laurel, MD
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. The Production Associate will assist in the preparation, mixing, packaging, and labeling of pastry products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Measure, mix, and handle ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
Package, label, and palletize finished products.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company food safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory counts and quality checks.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
