Ensure accurate execution of test procedures, proper data collection, and traceability of test results
Partner with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve production or test failures
Oversee critical manufacturing processes such as welding, marking, adhesive application, and controlled curing processes
Coordinate personnel across assigned shifts to meet production schedules, cost targets, and quality objectives
Maintain 6S standards, housekeeping, and operational effectiveness within assigned production and test areas
Support employee onboarding, training, process audits, and skills development to meet departmental and regulatory requirements
Motivate, coach, and engage team members to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration
Support achievement of operational metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
