Responsibilities
Sanding, painting, taping, blocking and cutting‑in repaired body panels.
Expertly color‑match paint to original color.
Refinishing and buffing.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
I-CAR certification preferred.
5‑years minimum experience as an Auto Body Shop Painter preferred.
Bi‑lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
Excellent verbal & non‑verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem‑solve.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
