The ideal candidate is a skilled I-CAR certified artist who is precise and detail oriented when restoring our Guest’s vehicles to their pre-damage condition.
You present a positive attitude, are self-motivated, can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Honesty, integrity, perseverance and job commitment are qualities you possess.
Responsibilities Include
Sanding, painting, taping, blocking and cutting-in repaired body panels.
Expertly color-match paint to original color.
Refinishing and buffing.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
I-CAR certification preferred.
5-years minimum experience as an Auto Body Shop Painter preferred.
Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
