Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing Dallas is searching for a full-time temporary Sample Administration Technician.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and logging samples.
Prepare samples from processing.
Accept and sign for deliveries.
Assist in unloading shipments from delivery trucks.
Use dollies, forklifts, and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock and around the Sample Receiving area.
Open coolers and inspect contents of shipments; check documentation to ensure all samples are accounted for.
Distribute samples to different departments as appropriate.
Follow strict safety and quality control procedures.
Store, restock, and shelve samples as necessary.
Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
Enter records into LIMS system.
Qualifications
BS in Science, preferably Chemistry or Biology.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary (90 days max) position, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with possible overtime and weekends.
Compensation
$18.50 per hour.
