Job Description
Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a part‑time Sample Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Receive and open packages.
Log all samples in a timely manner.
Label all samples.
Perform quality‑control checks on samples/projects before sending to the laboratory.
Interact with clients and answer incoming phone calls.
Report status information to clients.
Communicate with clients for clarification of requested analyses.
Forward project‑related information to the appropriate Client Relations Executive.
Maintain necessary supplies for sample receiving.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Good typing skills, over 50 WPM.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Attention to detail.
Experience in a fast‑paced, production, retail, or food service environment.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience in sample receiving preferred.
Compensation Range: $20 – $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Position is Part‑time, Monday‑Friday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, with possible extra hours and weekends as needed.
