Job Details
We are an established mid‑sized law firm specialized in representing government entities across Georgia in general civil litigation, real estate law, complex government contracts, land use & zoning, and employment law. We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team in North Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

Provide litigation support for real estate, condemnation, business, construction, and other general civil litigation matters.

Track and manage case deadlines, including court dates, filing deadlines, and other critical milestones.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, real estate transaction documents, motions, and subpoenas.

E‑file in state and federal court.

Act as a primary liaison between attorneys and clients.

Collaborate with other team members; work independently as needed.

Monitor and ensure compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and other legal obligations.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum: Paralegal Certificate, strong foundational knowledge of Georgia Superior Court Rules and experience with e‑filing. Preferred: previous business, real estate, real property, or general civil litigation experience. Candidates must be dynamic self‑starters who value teamwork, high‑quality work product, organizational culture and professional development.

Full‑time position with competitive salary ($65,000 – $80,000 per year, overtime eligible).
