Production Supervisor – Weekend 2nd Shift (Manufacturing / Stamping Press)
Location: Ripon, WI | Friday–Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (+OT as needed)
We are hiring a
Production Supervisor
to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume
manufacturing environment . This leadership role is responsible for driving
safety, quality, production efficiency, and team development
within a stamping press operation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
Champion a
safety-first culture , conduct audits, and lead incident investigations
Supervise and support operators in a
fast-paced stamping press environment
Coach, train, and develop team members through hands‑on
servant leadership
Enforce company policies, manage attendance, and support employee relations
Drive
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement (5S, Kaizen)
initiatives
Monitor KPIs, including downtime, scrap, and throughput; implement improvements
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in
high-volume manufacturing supervision
(stamping press preferred)
Strong knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Proven leadership style focused on
team development and engagement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Schedule & Compensation
Weekend 2nd Shift:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Additional workdays as needed
$500/month shift differential ($6,000/year)
