OZK Vans specializes in designing and building custom camper vans for customers who value adventure, mobility, and well-designed living spaces on the road.
As our project pipeline grows, we are building a bench of technicians with experience installing electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in camper van builds.
This posting is intended to identify candidates for future project opportunities as additional van builds are scheduled.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who have experience installing electrical or mechanical systems used in custom vehicle builds.
Relevant Experience May Include
12V electrical systems
Solar panel installations
Lithium battery systems
Wiring and fuse panels
Water pumps and plumbing systems
Vent fans and lighting systems
Accessory installation
Candidates with automotive, marine, RV, or off-grid electrical experience often excel in this role.
Typical Project Work
Installing electrical wiring and distribution systems
Solar panel installation
Battery and charging system setup
Interior lighting and accessory installation
Water systems and pumps
Troubleshooting electrical systems
All work must meet high standards for safety, durability, and performance.
Contractor Requirements
Hands‑on electrical or mechanical installation experience
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams or installation plans
Strong troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
Personal tools preferred
