Dispatcher Overview
Be the Heart of the Operation – Join Nextech as a Dispatcher! You will be the connection point between our field teams and customers, ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a level of professionalism that sets Nextech apart.

Responsibilities

Manage real‑time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to keep technician schedules current.

Communicate service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management.

Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the database.

Coordinate daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work.

Verify technician check‑ins/outs and confirm IVR compliance.

Ensure technicians have the correct parts and purchase orders to complete jobs successfully.

Provide world‑class support to internal teams and customers with professionalism and urgency.

Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls.

Handle data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region.

Compensation
USD $20.00/Hr. – USD $27.00/Hr.

Qualifications

Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred).

High‑level computer skills, especially in Excel.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Top‑notch communication skills – written and verbal.

Team‑first attitude with a solution‑focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Detail‑oriented with a sharp focus on accuracy and follow‑through.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Continuously work in an office environment.

Continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer.

Continuously sit at a computer for up to 8 hours.

Alternate between sitting and standing as needed throughout the day.

Continuously exercise vision, hearing, twisting, and talking.

Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

Occasionally walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, push/pull, bend, and crouch.

Rarely require climbing.
