Skid Steer Operator for Road & Bridge Projects

Virginia Paving Company is looking for a full-time Skid Steer Operator in Chantilly, Virginia. The successful candidate will operate a skid steer safely in a construction environment, performing daily maintenance checks and ensuring effective communication with team members. A high school diploma (or GED) and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction field are preferred. Employees will work outdoors under various weather conditions and must maintain high safety standards.
