Role Overview
The Telecommunications Analyst – The position works closely with the Tech Team /Accounting Team to ensure a timely solution for active/disconnected telco lines. The ideal candidate strong detail management support. This position will oversee current charges and problem issues in billing and report them.
Key Responsibilities
Implement new/replacement solutions at field locations
Coordinate with site contacts, service providers, vendors, and telecom carriers
Coordinate site surveys and oversee installation activities
Validate operational readiness following cutover
Calculate cost savings associated with completed replacements disconnections
Detailed Responsibilities
Lead execution replacement initiatives for locations Gather and validate requirements in collaboration with site contacts Coordinate with Project Managers on site surveys, installation, and service provider activities Oversee replacement installations and confirm services are functioning as intended post‑cutover Prepare and present findings, recommendations Calculate and document realized cost savings tied to completed replacements Maintain accurate records in designated tracking and reporting systems Notify the Billing Team for Disconnection once replacements are complete and disconnects can proceed Code incoming bills with correct site IDs and review cost analysis
