Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Paralegal to support corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements in a business-focused, non-litigation environment.
Responsibilities
Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, data rooms, and closings
Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and partnership contracts)
Assist with contract negotiations, redlines, and approvals
Maintain contract repositories, closing binders, and key documentation
Support corporate governance and entity management activities
Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to meet deal timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of paralegal experience in M&A, corporate, or commercial contracts
Strong understanding of business transactions and contract structures
Highly organized, detail?oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals
Excellent communication skills and discretion in a confidential environment

The individual's skill sets, experience and training;
Licensure and certification requirements;
Office location and other geographic considerations;
Other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
