SUMMARY
Provides daily administrative and logistical support through the handling of department paperwork, office environment organization, and documentation of essential player information.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain inventory of regularly used office supplies and forms
Coordinate and assist with projects, reports, and training for departmental employees
Prepare and distribute Gaming scheduling and daily assignments
Answer, return, or forward calls and reply to e-mails in a timely manner
Prepare and forward HR, purchasing, or payroll paperwork as assigned
Order and receive employee uniforms
Enter pit player ratings from each pit boss into Casino Marketplace
Process and deliver player comps as requested by supervisor
Record minutes of meetings and attend other scheduled meetings
Travel as required between properties
Receive and distribute department mailPerform routine office equipment maintenance
Ensure scheduled shift reports are completed
Prepare gaming correspondence when necessary
Enter data for Mtls and chip tracking
Willingness to cross-train and provide support in related areas of operations.
Other duties as assigned.
OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be able to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner by prioritizing obligations and time. Must possess the ability to work with various personalities while maintaining impartiality. Must respond to supervisory guidance and assignments and accept constructive criticisms in order to learn new, updated information. The needs for quickness and ease of adjustment to the work environment and flexibility to change are essential in this position. Should have good math and good coordination skills. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Must be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel programs and possess prior gaming floor experience. Clerical, computer, and mathematical aptitude necessary.

Computer, copier, fax, phone, general office equipment
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be physically able to move and carry a variety of job-related machines and/or office equipment. Employee may be frequently required to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to handle stressful and compromising situations while remaining focused and professional. Must be able to work productively under strict time constraints with variable deadlines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to work in a crowded, loud smoking environment in addition to a normal office setting. Must be able to handle being under constant video surveillance. Must practices all safety policies, procedures, and standards as set by OSHA.
COMMENTS
Native American and Tribal Preference will apply. Must be able to pass a background and a drug and alcohol urinalysis as a condition of employment. Must adhere to company policies regarding strict confidentiality.
