Responsibilities
Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, performs complex secretarial and administrative support for executive team, VP, 2 AVPs, and 2 Directors for Radiology Regional, to include meeting and travel scheduling, reporting, administrative projects, meeting preparation and special assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Schedules meetings, appointments and other events; notifies attendees, coordinates travel accommodations and makes necessary arrangements.

Drafts confidential correspondence, edits documents, takes and transcribes minutes of meetings, and performs other administrative duties.

Promptly and courteously answers telephone calls. Provides effective and efficient assistance to callers and distributes messages as necessary.

Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.

Performs independent research and prepares information for special reports, gathering and summarizing data.

Serves as a liaison between executives, managers.

Cooperates to help other personnel as needed in the spirit of teamwork.

Copies and faxes documents while maintaining office files and other information tracking systems.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a related field or combination of experience and education.

PACE (Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence) Certification.

Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision‑making to achieve objectives including the ability to handle highly confidential issues.

Demonstrates a high-level of integrity and a pro-active approach to customer service.

Working knowledge of computers, including MS Word and Outlook and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle complex assignments under minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.

Mathematical ability to add, sub‑tract, multiply, divide whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.

Ability to be detail‑oriented.

Must be able to work effectively both independently and with others.

Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.

Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.

Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~20% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Office setting

Pay Range $22-$27 per hour.
