Small insurance defense firm, located in Livingston, NJ, is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join its litigation team. Responsibilities include all phases of discovery including answering interrogatories with clients, drafting and opposing substantive motions, defending and conducting depositions and appearing in court. The position requires the candidate to have strong writing and verbal skills. The position offers the successful candidate exposure to a wide array of legal matters and an opportunity for professional growth. No experience is necessary but is preferred. Our compensation program is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill and is competitive with similar law firms.
