Responsibilities
The Legal Office is looking for a Legal Assistant who will perform support duties for Legal Counsel at OHFA, assist in preparing legal documents (e.g., loan agreements), gather information necessary for drafting loan documents and contracts, assist with real estate closings, and perform routine support duties such as screening telephone calls, opening and processing mail, and maintaining the filing system.
