Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator

Location: Oviedo, FL (On‑Site)

Pay: $18–$24/hour

Overview
Seeking a highly organized, adaptable professional to support daily operations in a small, fast‑paced office environment. This is a hands‑on role that supports multiple areas of the business — not just traditional admin work.

Schedule
30–40 hours/week Flexible hours available

What You’ll Do

Support office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination

Assist with customer and vendor onboarding

Create quotes and support order processing

Track service tickets, warranties, and follow‑ups

Provide general support to leadership and daily operations

Assist with purchasing, inventory, and shipments

Help coordinate events and team initiatives

What You Bring

2+ years of admin/office/operations experience

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Customer service mindset and strong communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Spanish speaking

QuickBooks or CRM/inventory system experience
