Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to join our fast‑paced team that prepares POS devices for small businesses across the United States. Responsibilities
Ensure all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped.
Review pack lists to ensure contents of each order are properly included in each package.
Maintain the levels of shipping materials and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low.
Package inventory, including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent.
Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients.
Work with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages can be sent out.
Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.
Must Haves
MUST LIVE LOCALLY
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
High School Diploma OR GED
6+ months of experience as a picker/packer
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and hand‑held scanners.
Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly.
Demonstrated sense of accountability and problem resolution.
Excellent attendance/punctuality and ability to work overtime, as required.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast‑paced environment.
