Restaurant Team Members play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities may include cleaning and stocking, food preparation, and customer service, depending on level and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and accountability
Provide menu guidance and answer customer questions as needed
Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house service area
Support front-of-house operations during peak periods to ensure a smooth guest experience
Qualifications
Food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and recipes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and team-oriented
Willingness to learn kitchen procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Comfortable working in kitchen environments
Ability to perform repetitive preparation tasks
