Restaurant Team Members play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities may include cleaning and stocking, food preparation, and customer service, depending on level and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across dining, service, and kitchen
Support restaurant including cleaning, stocking, food preparation, and service tasks
Assist with food preparation in accordance with recipes and quality standards
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen staff
Perform tasks with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail
Adapt to changing needs and assist in different areas of the restaurant as needed
Uphold Stoltzfus Meats standards for quality and hospitality
Qualifications
Food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and recipes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and team-oriented
Willingness to learn kitchen procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Comfortable working in kitchen environments
Ability to perform repetitive preparation tasks
Hours
Part-time
Ability to be flexible with days and hours
Amos Place Operating Hours
Monday - Friday = 6am - 6pm
Saturday = 7am - 6 pm
