Position Overview
Plastic Injection Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift (ASAP). Competitive compensation: up to $40 per hour (salary range $30–$40 per hour).
Location: Located just 15 minutes south of Downtown LA.
Company: Award‑winning manufacturing firm specializing in injection molding.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
Assist in installation, set‑up, and upgrade of new equipment.
Collaborate with engineering to improve equipment reliability and maintenance procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Technician focused on injection molding equipment.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
