Responsibilities

Willingness to obtain a license with the state of Texas

Willingness to be coached and developed

Identify and engage with potential candidates through social media, networking events, and community outreach

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that align with our growth objectives

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for our dynamic team environment

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from application to onboarding

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database

Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our brand and attract top talent to our organization

Work closely with leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet their requirements and timelines

Qualifications

Open to learning about the insurance and financial services industry

High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)

Must be

18 years or older

Must reside in the United States

Must pass a

financial criminal background check

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self‑motivated with a desire to grow and lead

No prior financial services experience required

Training provided

Authorized to work and currently reside in the United States

Compensation
$50,000 per year, commission-based on performance.
