Overview
Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Route Sales and Service Driver – Route Relief. This role focuses on driving, servicing customers on designated routes, and generating sales. The position is commission-based.
Route Relief Driver pay: $26 an hour. Starting pay is based on education, experience, qualifications, and assignment location. Once a route is assigned, the average total annual compensation for the Route Sales and Service Representative position is over $80K with potential for more.

Qualifications
Sales and customer service experience
Clean driver’s license
Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck
Comfortable loading/unloading your own truck with up to 50 LBS bags of linen daily
Passes drug tests and clinic physical
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company standards.
Call on prospective customers to solicit new business.
Inform regular customers of new products or services.
Drive truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer’s place of business.
Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms. Load/unload truck.
Develop and maintain customer goodwill by providing assistance, demonstrating interest, devoting time and practicing courtesy.
Conduct business in a professional manner to minimize or eliminate customer complaints and handle complaints and questions, keeping the supervisor informed.
Listen to and resolve service complaints. Maintain inventory and follow company inventory control policies.
Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer invoices.
Obtain customer signature on invoices for pickup or delivery.
Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
Clean inside of the truck and perform routine maintenance.
Attend training and service department meetings.
