Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Survey Party Chief based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. The Construction Survey Party Chief will execute construction layout for both Bridge and Roadway from Data supplied by the Survey Manager. Operate Trimble Robotic and GPS equipment, work closely with project superintendents and carpenter crews. Perform quality control and assurance for pile driving, concrete forming and roadway work. Maintain project control for both horizontal and vertical accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience with Construction Survey layout and their associated standards

Skilled in operating and maintaining Total Station equipment (Robotic and Conventional)

Strong leadership skills to guide and manage field personnel

Ability to look forward to predicting upcoming survey and layout needs

Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in the construction industry

5+ years' experience in the heavy civil construction industry
